The 20th Annual Hudson River Swim For Life held on Saturday September 10, 2011 could never have taken place without the dedication and hard work of all of the volunteers who helped in countless ways.
Please bookmark this site and visit again in June of 2012 for details on volunteer opportunities or let us know if you'd like to be on a list to receive email alerts about next year's swim. We'll need people to help with registration, refreshments, unloading kayaks, parking, and much more. Many schools, churches and temples offer community service credit for a day spent at such an event. Of course, The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society is always looking for volunteers during the year, so if you can't wait until next fall to participate in the swim, let us know and we'll let you know about other opportunities.
A huge thank you to all of the 2011 volunteers. Hope to see you back next year along with more "new recruits!"
